How do I change the language? When I installed the app, it was in Arabic (I suppose)

This app was so very useful as long as I could use it. Now, all of a sudden, I get the error message "incoming calls is not available with your main number". Weird. Where did this all of a sudden come from? I have the same number Ive had since first installing and starting using this app. Ive tried reinstalling and reinitializing without any help. Not to say no response from support. I guess I should not hold my breath being reimbursed the funds I added to my account while the app was usable, and that I now cannot use.

Doesnt work. Tech.support chat keep silent for days. Useless. Application looks good. It charges money on the Apple ID. But I cant use it because of some app SW problem. Want to get money back.
