Great little app saves a bundle while traveling

I am traveling for business 200 days out of a year and this app is great as it allows me to get business call from my desk to cell phone abroad wherever I am regardless if I have hi speed access or not.
Saves me a bunch, but more importantly clients can reach me even in countries where there is no such thing as hi speed internet.
